Whether you’re designing a course, wanting to create a multi-media module, or just need some new ideas on using technology for teaching and learning, eLC staff are available for both one-on-one and group appointments. Appointments are:
- On a first-come, first-served basis
- Available in person and online
- Typically 30 or 60 minutes in length

Instructional Design & Instructional Technology Appointments
One hour appointments with eLC staff are available as time and staffing allows. Call 972.881.5870 or email elc@collin.edu Provide the following information:
- Your issue and/or goal for the appointment
- The campus (CPC, PRC or SCC) that you prefer
- At least 3 possible days/times you're available
Need to Create Course Media?
Start with making an Instructional Technology Request HERE. After receiving the online request, an eLC Instructional Technologist will schedule an appointment (face-to-face or via phone) to:
- Define the project content and educational objectives
- Decide the pedagogic approach
- Decide the context of use and the visual formats used
- Scripting and Storyboarding
- Understand production/ editing assignments
- Agree on project timeline
