Attend a Zoom Meeting
You do NOT need an account to participate in a Zoom meeting. Click on the Zoom link sent to you to join. You will be prompted to download the Zoom application (only needed once per device). If you are joining Zoom on your mobile device, you may be prompted to download an app.
You need a speaker or headphones to hear the conversation. You may need a microphone if you want to talk during the meeting. You can use a non-toll free Zoom number and meeting ID to hear and talk in the meeting.

Invite Meeting Attendees
- When you create your Zoom meeting, a meeting invitation and link will be generated. You can copy the link and share the meeting invitation with your group.
- You can locate and resend the meeting information.
- When you schedule a meeting in Canvas, the meeting is added to the Canvas calendar.
