March 2024: March Madness! Collin College Bracket Challenge 2024

Join the Collin College Bracket Challenge! Predict which teams will win during the NCAA Division Men's Basketball Tournament. Join the Collin-Bracket 24 group and complete your brackets before 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21.

February 2024: Meaningful Connections

Read the February newsletter. Also join the New Year, New You Burnalong Wellness Challenge. Full-time employees who earn at least 230 points in the Burnalong
platform between January 22 and March 22 will be entered in a drawing for one of three prizes!

One drawing winner will be randomly selected from all full-time employee participants who email the correct answer by midnight on Feb. 11, 2024. September 2023: Self-Improvement Month

"S" is for September and Self-Improvement Month. Self-Improvement Month provides the opportunity to make a conscious effort to grow personally or professionally. What that looks like is unique for each of us and requires that we set goals and take action. 

Through self-improvement, you have the opportunity to create a healthier lifestyle and a heightened sense of self-awareness. Additionally, you may find that you build better problem-solving skills, which can make you more adaptable to changes in the future.

After all, life is not static. Instead of letting life speed by you, take the initiative to improve yourself and let it lead you to amazing things. 

There is no limit to how or how often you can practice self-improvement. The list provided is not exhaustive; however, it is an excellent place to start.

December 2022

Over the 2022 winter break, employees were challenged to remain healthy by completing at least 120 minutes of classes in Burnalong. Five employees were chosen at random from those that achieved the challenge:

Each winner got to choose a $50 voucher to either the Collin bookstore or cafés.
