Reports submitted to theTexas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB)
CBM Summary Reports are legislatively mandated reports required to be submitted to the THECB on a periodic basis by all public institutions of higher education in the state of Texas.
Coordinatiing Board Management (CBM) Edit Reports
The reports contain in each credit term are:
CBM001 - Student Enrollment Report as of census date
CBM004 - Class Report as of census date
CBM00S - Student Schedule Report
CBM0E1 - Student End of Semester Report
CBM002 - Texas Success Initiative Report
CBM008 - Faculty Report
CBM009 - Graduation Report
CBM00M - Marketable Skills Achievement Report
The reports contain in each CE quarter are:
CBM00A - Continuing Education Student Report
CBM00C - Continuing Education Class Report
CB-116
Each year, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) tracks community college program completers in an effort to determine what proportion of the state’s community college program completers were “successful” in their subsequent endeavors. If the THECB can not identify completers, The CB-116 Supplemental Follow-Up Reports provides the areas of the completers the THECB did not find.
