Each year, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) tracks community college program completers in an effort to determine what proportion of the state’s community college program completers were “successful” in their subsequent endeavors. If the THECB can not identify completers, The CB-116 Supplemental Follow-Up Reports provides the areas of the completers the THECB did not find.
