Membership

The Staff Council membership is composed of 35 members, 20 elected positions, 15 appointed positions and one ex-officio position.
Nominations are accepted and an election is held each spring. Appointments are made each summer to maintain the balance and equal representation across the college district.

The Staff Council meets once a month, usually on the second Friday of each month (unless otherwise noted) throughout Collin’s academic year.

All constituencies of the college – full-time and part-time faculty, administrators, staff, and students – are welcome to present ideas, comments, and questions to the Staff Council to aid in enhancing communication and creating a spirit of community. Please feel free to email ideas, comments, or questions to staffcouncil@collin.edu, or contact your local campus representative. See a list of current Staff Council members.
