Full-Time Staff Retention

The mission of the Full-Time Staff Retention Committee is to equip staff members with the training, resources, support, and feedback they need to successfully perform their jobs with confidence, enthusiasm, and accountability.
 

District-Wide Staff Communication

Committee Chair: Elise Gordon
Co-Chair: Jeremy Walker

This committee is in charge of researching and formulating proposals to bring to the leadership team with the intention of improving communication among staff across Collin College. This committee also assists with Staff Council communications, such as meet-and-greet events, newsletter content, and website maintenance.

Professional Development and Cross-Training for Movement/Promotion/Advancement

The mission of the Professional Development Committee is to research ways to increase professional development opportunities for staff members. The committee is dedicated to exploring options to overcome barriers to staff development.
