Fax/Printer/Scanner

The District policy is to use network printers. Below are the current recommended models. Exceptions to the policy, brand, and models must be approved by an Academic Technology & Network Services Technician's assessment. Contact the Help Desk at ext. 6555 to request an assessment.

DELL PRINTERS AND SCANNER - See Dell Punch-out in CougarMart Showcased Suppliers

For Dell Marketing LP: Before proceeding to checkout when your cart is complete and returned to CougarMart from the Dell Punch-out, select the correct contract for each item requested. In the Product Description of each item, under the Part Number and Manufacturer Info, there is a link to choose contract. For a fax/printer/scanner purchase, select 2199 (Annual Contract for Fax Machines, Printers and Scanners) and click OK.

Note: Printer cables are not included with the Dell printers. A separate item is required on the Dell Punch-out for the 10 ft. USB printer cable for non-network printers.

For GovConnection and Hewlett Packard: Before proceeding to checkout when your cart is complete, select the correct contract for each item requested.
