E & I Contract Hourly Rates for Dallas Metro Area

E&I Member Rate

Straight time $25.00/man/hour
Time begins upon arrival at the project and ends at the finish of the project. 
Plus 1 hour per man for travel.

Overtime $30.00/man/hour
This would be Sunday or national holidays only.

Rate per van: $20.00 per hour van is being used.

Commercial cartons:  $1.60/carton
Used cartons are free and are generally always available.
There is a delivery charge.

Storage rates/month $2.80 p/cwt

Long Term/month $2.80 p/cwt
(over one year)

Warehouse Handling $2.80 p/cwt

* (4) four hour minimum applies on all moves.
* Travel time of 1 hour will apply.
