General Information

  • Users have two methods of electronically accessing the Collin County Community College District’s SACS reports. The first is via the CD enclosed with the printed materials, and the second is via the Internet at http://www.collin.edu/review/. Both electronic versions are identical and contain the same information.
  • To return to the Focused Report or Compliance Certification Report from any Reference Document, use your browser’s “Back” button.
  • Terms in bold print in the CCCCD QEP identify glossary entries.
  • In addition to the underlined links for each reference, navigation buttons are provided at the top and bottom of each page of the Focused Report and Compliance Certification.
  • When accessing a reference document that refers to snapshot of a Web page, you are accessing an image of the document, rather than the actual Web page. Several “snapshots” contain additional active links; in the event you navigate off the “snapshot,” using one of the active links, you will be accessing the District’s Web site. Several active links access the District’s (internal only) Intranet which is accessible only from College facilities.
  • The visible Web addresses in the “Location” column of the Supporting Documents table of each audit report are written in a format to indicate the Web address of the reference document. If you are using the CD, you will be accessing the document directly on the CD, rather than the on the Internet.
