The labor distribution report is a listing of all payroll expenditures in a certain
cost center for that month and is distributed with the month-end accounting reports every
month. Below is an explanation of the different parts of the labor distribution
report and coincides with the sample report:

Fiscal year-to-date salary on EBC440 - Labor
Distribution report should agree with corresponding object code on screen 019 (SL Account
Summary) of FRS or the FBM092 report. |

Current period salary |

Calendar year-to-date salary expended. This
figure will not agree to any particular screen or other report. At
calendar-year-end, it should agree to each employee's W-2. |
