Email your class from off-campus or when using Outlook Web Access (OWA)


Note: Firefox is the only browser that correctly copies the "Email Class" link, especially when the class size is large.

Note: This is an interactive page. If you simply print out this page, it will not work. You must use the tools on this page alongside your class roster page for this to work.

STEP 1
Log into CougarWeb in a separate window or tab, and navigate to your class's 'Email Class' link.

STEP 2
Right-click the "Email Class" link and choose "Copy shortcut" or "Copy Email Address"

STEP 3


Right-click into the following box and select "PASTE":
Note: The email addresses below will be separated by commas


STEP 4
CLICK the 'Process' button:

Right-click the text in this box and select "COPY":
Note: The email addresses below will be separated by semicolons


STEP 6


Log into Outlook Web Access, start a new email, and right-click in the Bcc field and select "PASTE".

If the Bcc field isn't showing, click the "..." button in the upper right of the email window and select "Show Bcc".

Note: Verify email addresses are separated by semicolons; if not, delete the contents in the BCC field and repeat step 5.

STEP 7
Use your own email address in the TO: field. You may now create and send your email.
